Her expertise is in weaving a practical, interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach with solutions-focused strategic business practices. Her approach creates tangible impact and measurable goals for mission-driven organizations looking to generate social value and deepen impact on the communities they serve.
Paula engages with clients to design innovative approaches to solving problems to make effective, data-informed decisions through business plans, marketing efforts, outreach and training.
